After Lisburn Mid-Week

Just a report to say how the Wednesday mid-week meeting at Lisburn Baptist church went.
Sam was the "MC" of the service for the night, introducing the team etc.
Karen and Graham gave the presentation about the work in Peru.
Aaron gave his testimony. Tom gave a message to the church from 1 Peter on "Suffering for Doing Good" and if you'd like to know more about that then you can contact him.

The church there were very encouraging and we appreciate all their support.

Our next "venture" is to go to th Baptist Youth Weekend, Zero9, this coming weekend. There we will hopefully get a chance to talk to and encourage the young people there.

So if you want specifics to pray for, then this weekend could you please pray for the work at Zero9, that we would challenge the young people there and that it would be a weekend of learning, encouragement and growth, in our relationships with God, for all involved.

Thanks for your support,

El Perú Cinco.

Team update

Hello everyone,

Just an update on the team. We were in Carrickfergus Baptist Church (technically yesterday) taking part in the Sunday Morning Service. Karen introduced us, then Sam and Tom gave the presentation, then Graham asked the other lads some questions. Then Aaron gave a message on the "S-ence of Salvation", speaking from Judges. I'm sure he'll tell you more about it if you contact him.

We then introduced ourselves to the Carrick Youth Fellowship and had a time for them to ask us some quesions about what we're doing.

We really appreciate all the support, encouragement and prayer that we've recevied going round to the different Churches.

We'll be in Lisburn Baptist Church this coming Wednesday (26th Sept) for the mid-week meeting.

Please continue to pray for the Team, as we're now preparing for our soon departure for Peru.

Thanks to all who are thinking and praying for us.

El Perú Cinco.
